Community Involvement

Robert Montgomery is grateful that he has been able to help people through the practice of law. Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. & Associates, P.L. returns a large part of its profits to the community and gives much of its valuable time to charitable and artistic causes:

• Montgomery was in charge of the fund raising campaign for The Children's Place at Home Safe, in Palm Beach County, Florida. This organization was formed to provide a safe facility for sexually and physically abused children. Both Montgomery and Rebecca Larson now serve on the Board of this organization. More than 1,200 children are served by this facility each year.

• Montgomery is one of the original founders of the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts servicing Palm Beach County.
  
  
• Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. & Associates, P.L. is the sole sponsor of the Gospel Gala at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.
  
  
• Regular Contributor to the Palm Beach County Police Benevolent Association, The South Florida Police Benevolent Association and The Haitian Evangelical Crusade Association.
  
  
• Montgomery is the founder of the Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. Cancer Research Fund, Albert Einstein Comprehensive Cancer Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
  
  
• Sponsor of "The Anne Frank Experience" at the Kaplan Jewish Community Center, along with hosting Coretta Scott King at Mr. Montgomery's home.

• Sponsor of the Newspapers in Education program headed by The Palm Beach Post, wherein newspaper curriculum is provided to the students of Palm Beach County, free of charge.
  
  
• Contributor to the Police Athletic League of West Palm Beach and Alpert Jewish Family & Children's Services.
  
  
• Montgomery was the founder and largest supporter of the The Armory Art Center.
  
  
• And Finally, Montgomery has established the Montgomery Family Trust, which financially assists many charitable organizations.
