Jane
F. Armstrong-Nazar, an essential part of Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. & Associates, P.L. investigative team, is a certified paralegal and a member of the
National Association of Legal Assistants.
Ms. Nazar's diverse background in the multiple areas of the legal field makes her uniquely qualified to handle almost any client matter she encounters. Having first graduated from the Cittone School of Court Stenographers in the late 1970's, Jane Nazar's career as a paralegal began in New Jersey in the '80's. After herself having been injured in a car accident with a drunk driver, Ms. Nazar obtained a certificate with honors, from the Horizon Institute for Paralegal Studies. Thereafter, Jane Nazar dedicated herself to assisting other victims to successfully prepare their cases so that an attorney could zealously pursue their claims at trial.
In 1989, Ms. Nazar and her husband moved to Palm Beach County and she began working at the former law firm of Lewis, Vegosen, Rosenbach and Silber, P.A. At that firm she primarily assisted in all stages of preparation for Plaintiff's personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Jane Nazar has special expertise in investigating defense accident reconstruction/biomechanics expert witness' opinions; Ms. Nazar's work in this field has been recognized with seminar presentation by attorneys to the members of the Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association.
Working in Palm Beach County for the last 15 years, Jane Nazar admired the groundbreaking legal work being done by Robert Montgomery and the lawyers who work with him.
