How does your firm go about deciding if I have a case?
Our firm generally accepts cases in which the damage is as small as $15,000, in instances of clear liability, and our largest cases can involve damages in excess of $100 million
The initial client interview along with our analysis of the case may reveal it is not one that we feel could be successfully prosecuted. Sometimes that determination can only be made from a thorough review of the medical reports, organizing the materials, and then submitting the documentation to a qualified expert. At Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. & Associates, P.L., we take only those cases that our initial review indicates may be meritorious and worthy of prosecution. In the event that Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. & Associates, P.L. declines to take your case, we strongly urge that you seek the opinion of another experienced, personal injury attorney.
