If I telephone to inquire of your firm about taking my case, what do you need to know?

A great deal of our time is spent gathering information from clients who contact us for the first time. Names and dates are always important, and we will often ask a new client to write a chronology of the events that led him/her to seek legal counsel. Our investigators will want to hear as many details as you can provide about your case so that they can make informed decisions about whether to accept your case and, if so, how our office should begin prosecuting it for you. We have a saying: Listen to your client, they are telling you how to win your case. Just as a medical doctor says, listen to your patients, they are telling you the diagnosis.
