Will I have to put up any money to get started?
Not usually since the majority of the cases we handle involve a contingent fee contract. That means that The law firm of Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. & Associates, P.L. does not get paid costs or attorney fees until and unless our client makes a recovery. All details of the fee and cost agreement you have with our firm will be explained to you in detail before we begin prosecuting your claim.
