Who pays out-of-pocket expenses while my case is pending?
When you retain an attorney on a contingent fee basis, out-of-pocket expenses are only a client's responsibility if we successfully conclude their case. While a case is pending we advance all expenses incurred in the course of our representation. If and when the case reaches a successful conclusion, the costs we have expended are returned to us out of the recovery you receive.
