Michael R. Santana was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. After high school, Santana went on to attend the College of Business at Florida State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business.
After college, Santana earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Florida International University College of Law in Miami, Florida. While in law school, Santana tried numerous cases in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office. Santana was also active in the Florida International University College of Law's Moot Court team where he earned several awards recognizing his advocacy skills.
As an attorney at Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. & Associates, P.L., Santana has worked on a variety of cases including medical malpractice cases, wrongful death suits, automobile accidents, and contract litigation.
Michael Santana has been employed at Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. & Associates, P.L. for nearly a decade. Initially, Santana joined the firm as an undergraduate summer intern. Later, while studying to obtain his law degree, Santana returned to the firm as a law clerk.
Michael Santana, who is fluent in Spanish, is a member of The Florida Bar, The Palm Beach County Justice Association, and the Palm Beach County Seminole Club.
