Ralph
T. Wiles, Jr. is not an attorney, but he may very well be the most
integral part of the Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. & Associates, P.L. team.
After many years as a Chief Investigator for the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office, Ralph Wiles joined forces with Robert Montgomery in 1986. At Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. & Associates, P.L., Wiles helps investigate and evaluate new cases. As head of the firm’s intake department, he has worked on many of Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. & Associates' biggest cases. For example, in the 1990’s he worked on both a $13 million wrongful death case in which a pedestrian was hit by a car and a $10 million personal injury case wherein a pregnant woman received brain injuries and lost her baby as a result of a tragic, traumatic automobile accident.
Ralph Wiles is the first point of contact for many of Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. & Associates' clients. As such, it is Wiles' job to
explain why the law firm of Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. & Associates, P.L. is the right one
to handle any client’s perspective case. With many years of
training and experience in evaluating potential lawsuits, Wiles
has the knowledge clients need in order to comprehend and understand
both the value of their lawsuits and what the litigation process
actually involves.
